More and more businesses are willing to hire staff with disabilities. Their reasons vary. Some companies want to obey the law and avoidpenalties. Others follow diversity and inclusion policies and want to expand their access to a wider pool of good candidates in the labor market. In any case, every company has a long way to go from the moment the hiring decision has been made till the timenew staff with disabilities start working at the company. There are many questions and obstacles along the way. In the course of the 2020 annual forum sessions, we will address and offer opportunities to discuss all aspects of the process of hiring PWDS.
